Founded in Latin America, the company created a conversational AI platform that lets employers attract, screen, and hire frontline workers through WhatsApp, text, and web chat - the channels workers already use every day. The results speak for themselves: Apli's customers report automating up to 90% of the frontline hiring process, achieving 10x more hires per recruiter, and reducing new hire turnover by around 40% through smarter candidate matching.

iCIMS acquired Apli to extend its enterprise-grade platform into high-volume frontline hiring - a segment that represents roughly 80% of the global workforce and has historically been underserved by sophisticated recruiting technology. The combined offering, iCIMS Frontline AI, will bring Apli's tools directly into the iCIMS platform. Co-CEOs Vera Makarov and Jose Maria Pertusa joined iCIMS as part of the transaction.
